At Acre Somerset, a £10 deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit confirms your commitment and allows me to reserve that time exclusively for you. The fee is redeemable against your treatment.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer your slot to another client.
48+ hours’ notice: No charge for cancellations or rescheduling.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of your session cost will be charged to the card on file.
No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations
If you miss your appointment, cancel on the same day, or don’t confirm a rescheduled time, the full session cost will be charged. This policy helps ensure fairness and availability for all clients.
Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your treatment time may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining appointment slot.

My second visit to Acre Somerset. I booked an Acre Body Ritual. 2 hours of pure bliss - what a heavenly way to spend an afternoon. Holly is just brilliant, ensuring treatments are tailored to her clients needs. She takes time to check in on your overall wellbeing, and adjusts the treatment to suit. I cannot recommend Acre Somerset highly enough, and luckily for me, it’s a short walk away! There are more treatments being added for the new year, not that I need an excuse to book again.

I had a bespoke facial at Acre in late November and it was categorically the best facial I’ve ever had - and I’m a fussy customer! Holly’s attention to detail is second to none. She is an absolute expert in her field and this was so apparent from the very outset, as she immediately focused in on meeting my skin’s needs. This is so much more than a facial experience though - blended with massage, and a real attention to whole body wellbeing with someone who was totally attuned to my needs, I left feeling utterly dreamy! I couldn’t recommend more highly and will be counting down the days until I can be back in her beautiful home treatment studio.

Was very happy to find a Skin Rocks Pro technician so near to home, so booked up ASAP. Holly instantly made me feel at ease, when meeting her. Acre Somerset is a lovely calming environment and the bed is super comfy. My treatment was amazing, all steps were explained. The use of the DermaLux and foot massage were an added bonus. I felt amazing afterwards, top to toe. My next appointment is already booked.

I was very excited to experience my first Skin Rocks facial but slightly apprehensive about going to a new therapist. However, Holly was so professional and knowledgeable that I felt completely at home. I have regular facials so am experienced with regards to what to expect but my experience today actually blew my mind. I feel that Holly went above and beyond with every aspect of the treatment. An example of this was when I was under the dermalux light and was offered a hand or foot massage. I mentioned that I am recovering from a particularly painful bout of plantar fasciitis so Holly talked me through some fascia release moves that she could do to help. Wow! I walked in and floated out 🩷 Highly recommend.
