By booking an appointment, you agree to abide by the following terms: 1. Services Offered We provide the following services: Manicures Pedicures Nail Art Gel/Builder gel Nail Repair Other related nail services as described on our website/social media. 2. Booking and Payment Booking: All appointments must be made in advance through our booking system. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure your first booking. This will be deducted from the final service price and is subject to change. Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash, card and mobile payment apps. Full payment must be made at the time of service. Late Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be adjusted or shortened depending on availability, but you will still be charged your originally booked service. Lateness of over 15 minutes may result in cancellation of your appointment and is therefore subject to the cancellation policy below. Cancellations/Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise you will lose your deposit. No-showing is subject to a 50% charge of the total service fee. 3. Health and Safety Clients must ensure that their nails and hands are in a suitable condition for the treatment. Please inform us of any allergies, infections, or medical conditions before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may have a contagious condition, such as fungal infections. The use of personal nail products or tools during your service is not allowed unless previously agreed upon. 4. Home Salon Guidelines As this is an at-home service, please arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made. No pets are allowed for safety reasons. If you need to bring your child, please reach out to us before your appointment and we will try our best to accommodate. Please be respectful of the home environment and arrive on time. Any damages to the property caused by the client may result in charges for repairs or replacement. 5. Refunds and Service Guarantee We do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, if you are unhappy with your nails, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will fix the issue free of charge. Refunds will not be issued due to change of mind or damage caused by improper aftercare. Any issues must be reported within the first 48 hours after the service to be eligible for a free touch-up or fix. 6. Privacy Policy We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information to manage your booking and communicate with you regarding our services. Your information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. 7. Liability By booking an appointment, you agree that Adapt Nails is not responsible for any injury, allergic reaction, or adverse effects from products used during your nail service. We are not liable for any damage to personal property that occurs while you are receiving services. 8. Changes to Terms Adapt Nails reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. 9.
