By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Treatments & Results

Permanent makeup (PMU) is a cosmetic tattooing procedure and results will vary from client to client. Factors such as skin type, lifestyle, medical history, aftercare, and healing response can affect the final outcome and longevity of results. While every effort is made to achieve the desired result, no guarantees can be made regarding colour retention, symmetry, or longevity.

3. Eligibility & Medical Conditions

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive PMU treatments. You must disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, previous PMU, and skin conditions during consultation and on your consent form. Failure to do so may result in unsuitable treatment outcomes and Adrienne Eve Permanent Makeup accepts no liability in these circumstances. Certain conditions may require GP or specialist clearance prior to treatment.

4. Patch Tests

Patch tests are required where applicable and must be completed within the advised timeframe prior to treatment. Failure to attend or complete a patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled.

5. Appointments & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are deducted from the total treatment cost. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations within 72 hours will result in loss of deposit
• Failure to attend (no-show) will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost
• Late arrivals (15 minuets or more) may result in reduced treatment time or appointment cancellation

7. Payments

Full/remaining payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods: cash / card / bank transfer.

8. Top-Ups & Maintenance

PMU treatments may require a top-up session to perfect the results. Top-ups must be completed within the timeframe advised at booking. Top-ups outside of this timeframe may be charged as a new or maintenance appointment.

9. Aftercare

Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed carefully. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results and could increase the risk of complications. Adrienne Eve Permanent Makeup is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from improper aftercare.

10. Refunds

Due to the nature of PMU treatments:

• No refunds are offered on completed treatments
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference does not constitute grounds for a refund

11. Photography & Marketing

Photographs and videos may be taken before, during, and after treatment for:

• Client records
• Website and social media marketing

If you do not consent to the use of your images, please inform us in writing prior to treatment.

12. Website Use

All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Adrienne Eve Permanent Makeup and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

13. Liability

Adrienne Eve Permanent Makeup will not be held liable for:

• Undisclosed medical conditions
• Failure to follow pre-care or aftercare advice
• Natural variations in healing or pigment retention

14. Amendments

Adrienne Eve Permanent Makeup reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on the website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
