Aesthetic Touch with Ersida
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments & Consultations
- All new clients must complete a consultation form prior to treatment.
- Some treatments require a patch test at least 24-48 hours prior.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling.
- Please arrive makeup-free to skin-related appointments where possible.
2. Deposits & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid on the day of treatment.
- Payments can be made via cash, card, or bank transfer.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please give at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or to reschedule.
- Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in a charge or loss of deposit.
- No-shows will be required to pay in full for any future bookings.
4. Age & Medical Restrictions
- Clients must be 18 years or older for all injectable and semi-permanent treatments.
- It is your responsibility to disclose all medical conditions, allergies, or medications during consultation.
- Certain treatments may not be suitable if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or undergoing specific medical treatments.
5. Results & Expectations
- Individual results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
- Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results.
- Aftercare advice must be followed for best outcomes and to reduce risk of complications.
6. Liability
- While every precaution is taken, Aesthetic Touch with Ersida is not liable for adverse reactions that occur due to undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare advice.
7. Photography & Marketing
- Before and after photos may be taken for insurance and marketing purposes.
- You will be asked for consent before any images are shared on social media.
8. Privacy Policy
- All client records and personal information are kept strictly confidential and in line with GDPR.
