Booking Fee

A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments (tattoo, PMU, and other services). Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or the online booking system.

This fee secures your slot and covers consultation and design preparation time.

No designs will be drawn or sent until the booking fee has been received. Where applicable, designs may be sent a few days before your appointment for review.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• More than 48 hours’ notice – booking fee can be transferred within 30 days.
• Within 48 hours – 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.
• Within 24 hours – 100% of the appointment cost will be charged (unless the slot is filled).
• No-shows – 100% charge.

Booking fees are non-refundable.

Special offers require a 50–100% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged in full.

Age Policy

Tattoo clients must be 18+. Valid government-issued photo ID is required. No ID = no appointment = loss of booking fee.

Late Arrivals & Refusal

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation with charges applied.

We reserve the right to refuse service if you arrive under the influence, fail to provide ID, or if treatment is deemed unsafe.
