Booking Policy 1. Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required at the time of booking to secure your booking. 2. Cancellation Policy: - If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation time, the deposit will be forfeited. - Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time will not incur any additional charges. 3. Modifications: - Modifications to your booking can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time without penalty. - Modifications requested within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation time will be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. 4. No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive for the scheduled reservation will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and a charge of the full cost of treatment. Any future bookings will be required to be paid in full before a booking is confirmed. 5. Payment of Balance: The remaining balance of the booking cost is due at the time of treatment or as otherwise specified.
