⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After being let down by another salon on my birthday, I came here as a walk-in and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. I explained what had happened at the previous salon, and they were so sympathetic and understanding. They really went above and beyond to make sure I felt looked after and turned what had been a disappointing start to my day into a lovely experience. I had a deluxe pedicure and a full set of nails, and I am so happy with the results. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was done efficiently without feeling rushed. They also offered tea and coffee, which was a lovely touch. What stood out most was the atmosphere. The staff were friendly not just to me but to everyone who walked through the door. They made conversation with customers, created a warm and welcoming environment, and had great music playing, which made the salon feel relaxed and enjoyable. Taking me in as a walk-in on my birthday after another salon had let me down was something I really appreciated. Customer service 10/10, nails 10/10. I would absolutely recommend this salon and will definitely be returning. Thank you for making my birthday so much better! ❤️🎉💅🏻

First time coming here today and I will definitely be a regular! So easy to book appointment and really reasonable pricing & I was in and out within 40 mins for a biab infill. My nails are perfect! Thank you so much 😊

Always amazing! Great staff - so friendly and welcoming from the first step through the door, and if you’re a regular it’s like you become family! Cannot recommend this place enough! Great prices, great quality and a great atmosphere whilst you’re there. Whether you need a quiet hour to yourself, a full rant about your week, or just some good old fashioned small talk - they are great for all moods and you always leave with your nails looking amazing! They are always giving you the best, and honest advice on keeping your nails healthy and beautiful too - which not many nail shops do!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for many years now and I’ve always received first class service. My nails stay on for a long time in fact longer than ever expected. All the ladies there are personable, excellent at their trade and very welcoming. I highly recommend American nails salon who have many local customers.

Had my nails and toes done here today for the first time and I am so so happy with them. I’ve never really had my nails done before but they turned out perfect! Lovely salon and the staff were so friendly. Thank you guys so much I will be back :)
