The holistic buzz word that is coming out of everyone’s mouths lately is EMMETT... So what is it? Well...in a nutshell it is a very natural organic body work technique that releases muscles and tensions held within the muscles which can cause pain, immobility and tension within the body... The best way I would liken it to is like rebooting a mobile phone or a tablet/computer – highly sophisticated pieces of machinery made up of lots of tiny components which rely on each of the other components to work smoothly and effectively without any glitches...
