Terms of Service

ANUCHA MORA – MOBILE BEAUTY SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS
 Effective from: January 2025 1. Appointments & Bookings • All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, social media, or approved communication channels. • A non-refundable deposit of [e.g. 25% or £25] is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of treatment via card or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed. • Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. 2. Cancellation Policy • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the deposit being retained. • No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment may be charged the full treatment fee. • If you arrive late and we cannot complete the treatment in the remaining time, the full fee still applies. 3. Travel & Location • Our mobile services are available in select areas, including Sussex, Surrey, and parts of London. Additional travel fees may apply based on distance and parking availability. • Please ensure the treatment space is clean, warm, quiet, and has access to electricity and running water. • Free parking or permit must be provided. If this is not possible, parking charges will be added to the final bill. 4. Client Responsibilities • You must complete a pre-treatment consultation form accurately before your first appointment. • You agree to inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities. • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if we feel it may cause harm or if inappropriate behaviour occurs. 5. Health & Safety • We adhere to the highest hygiene and sanitation standards. All tools, towels, and equipment are cleaned or disposable. • Clients showing signs of illness (e.g. cold, flu, COVID-19 symptoms) will be asked to reschedule. • Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unwell or have had recent surgery, skin reactions, or medical changes. 6. Late Arrivals • If you are more than 15 minutes late and we cannot complete the treatment within the scheduled time, the session may be shortened or cancelled, and fees still apply. 7. Refund Policy • We do not offer refunds for completed treatments. If you are unhappy for any reason, please discuss this during or immediately after your session. • Retail products are non-refundable once opened, unless proven faulty. 8. Aftercare • Aftercare advice is provided after each session and should be followed carefully to achieve the best results and avoid complications. • We are not liable for outcomes if aftercare advice is not followed. 9. Gift Cards & Packages • All gift vouchers and packages are valid for 6 months unless otherwise stated. • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 10. Privacy & Confidentiality • All personal information shared is treated in confidence and handled according to GDPR guidelines. • We do not share client data with third parties unless required by law or with your written consent. 11. Therapist Rights • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or if terms have been breached. • Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of service and may be reported.
