Avoid using nails as tools (e.g. opening cans)
Wear gloves when cleaning or washing up
Apply cuticle oil daily to nourish nails
Don’t pick or bite at nails or lifting edges
Book regular infills every 3-4 weeks
Avoid overly hot water and prolonged soaking in water (baths, pools)
Avoid hot baths, saunas & exercise for 24–48 hours

No perfumed products or fake tan for 24 hours
Wear loose clothing to avoid irritation
Exfoliate gently after 3 days and then once a week to prevent ingrown hairs
Avoid sun exposure for 48 hours
Keep lashes dry for 24 hours
Avoid steam, saunas and heavy sweating
No eye makeup or oil-based products for 24–48 hours
Don’t rub or touch lashes excessively
Use a lash conditioner/serum daily to keep them healthy
Keep brows dry for 24 hours
Avoid sleeping on your face the first night
No makeup or oil-based skincare on brows for 48 hours
Brush brows into place daily with a clean spoolie
Apply nourishing brow balm or oil regularly
Avoid makeup for at least 6–12 hours
No exfoliating or active skincare (acids/retinols) for 48 hours
Avoid heat, saunas and intense workouts for 24 hours
Keep skin hydrated—drink water and use a gentle moisturiser
Wear SPF daily to protect your fresh skin
Try not to touch or rub your face excessively
Avoid oily products that may break down the makeup
Remove makeup at the end of the day. I reccommend micellar water, and for waterproof mascara an oil based eye makeup remover
Cleanse thoroughly a second time with your normal cleanser, and moisturise to care for your skin
