I honestly can’t recommend Jemma enough. Since she started doing my nails with builder and hard gels, the growth and overall health of my nails has been incredible. They’ve never been this long or strong, and I’ve had no issues with chipping, breakage or lifting even with the physical training I do. The attention to detail and care she puts into each set is truly incredible, she genuinely cares about your nail health and delivering exceptional results at every appointment. She has provided so much education and explains what she’s doing and why. She cares deeply for the hygiene of her tools which provides so much peace of mind and I know I’ll never walk away from an appointment with a chance of infection. Besides all of the above, she’s just a beautiful and warm natured woman who cares about clients and doesn’t just view us as her income, she goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensures you have an amazing experience. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15 years, including BIAB for the past 6, and Jem is the first person who’s really taken the time to educate me on nail health and what to look out for. She actually caught damage from a previous set that could have led to an infection, as my nail bed had been lifted from rough work. I was honestly shocked, and it made me trust her straight away. On top of that, the results speak for themselves. I’m currently on week four of a brown chrome set and still obsessed. It’s my first time trying chrome, and the technique she used has held up perfectly without chipping. Highly recommend. Thanks Jem x
