ATELIER NAILS BEAUTY & WELLNESS — BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
To honour the time, expertise, and premium experience provided, the following booking policy applies to all appointments.
DEPOSIT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. This deposit is applied toward your final service total.
48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in loss of your 50% deposit.
NO-SHOWS
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in 100% of the service fee being charged. Future bookings may require full prepayment.
RESCHEDULING
You may reschedule your appointment once with more than 48 hours notice and your deposit will be transferred. Changes within 48 hours are treated as a cancellation and the deposit is forfeited.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time to protect the quality of your service and the schedule of other clients.
• Arrivals over 10 minutes late may require a reduced service.
• Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.
CHANGES TO SERVICES
Service changes on the day are not guaranteed and must fit within your allocated booking time.
RESULTS & QUALITY GUARANTEE
Exceptional care, premium products, and 22+ years of expertise are invested into every service. If you experience any issues with your nails within 3 days, please contact us so we can assess and refine where appropriate.
HEALTH & SAFETY
For the highest hygiene and nail health standards, please inform us prior to your appointment of any infections, injuries, or product sensitivities.
BY BOOKING YOU AGREE
By securing your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, including the non-refundable deposit and 48-hour cancellation requirement.
