Build Credibility On Your GBP
Objective
Build trust and attract new clients by keeping your Google Business Profile active, personal, and filled with recent reviews, photos, and updates.
Step 1: Ask for recent reviews
Message 2–3 happy clients and kindly ask them to leave a review on Google.
You can send them your Google review link directly for convenience.
Example: “If you have a minute, I’d really appreciate a quick Google review — it helps more clients find me!”
Step 2: Reply to existing reviews
Take a few minutes to respond to your current Google reviews.
A short, friendly thank-you shows that you value client feedback and stay active online.
Step 3: Add new photos
Upload a few before-and-after photos or transformations from recent clients.
Include a mix of styles and services to showcase your range and quality.
Step 4: Post a thank-you update
Add a short update to your Google profile thanking clients for their support.
Example: “Thank you to all my wonderful clients for your support this season. Appointments for next month are now open — book through my Solo link!”
Step 5: Check your booking link visibility
Make sure your Solo booking link is added to your profile and working correctly.
If it’s not showing, update your website field or include it in your latest post.
