Solo’s loyalty scheme is completely customisable. You can base it on the number of appointments a client completes or the total amount they spend. For example, you could reward clients with 10% off after five bookings or after spending £100.
The best part? When you enable a loyalty scheme on Solo, all your clients are automatically enrolled. There’s no need for extra admin on your end, and your clients don’t have to sign up manually - it’s seamless for everyone.
The system also tracks progress automatically and can send milestone messages - like when clients are halfway to their reward or when they’ve earned it - to keep them engaged and motivated.
Templates / Setup:
Go to Menu > Marketing Tools > Loyalty Scheme.
Set your goal type (e.g., number of bookings or amount spent) and choose the reward (e.g., percentage or monetary discount).
Enable automated milestone messages to celebrate client progress.
