The best part? When you enable a loyalty scheme on Solo, all your clients are automatically enrolled. There’s no need for extra admin on your end, and your clients don’t have to sign up manually - it’s seamless for everyone.

The system also tracks progress automatically and can send milestone messages - like when clients are halfway to their reward or when they’ve earned it - to keep them engaged and motivated.

Templates / Setup:

  1. Go to Menu > Marketing Tools > Loyalty Scheme.

  2. Set your goal type (e.g., number of bookings or amount spent) and choose the reward (e.g., percentage or monetary discount).

  3. Enable automated milestone messages to celebrate client progress.
