Some of the treatments I offer require a patch test a minimum of 24 hours in advance of an appointment. These are required on lash extensions, Tinting, lash lifts and brow laminations. Failure to attend a patch test will require treatments to be either rescheduled or cancelled. This is for insurance purposes and client safety.
Patch tests are required to be done every 6months, if you are not having ongoing regular appointments where you are in contact with the products.
No-Shows
A “no-show” is where a client does not turn up for a pre-booked appointment and does not contact the salon to cancel in advance. In the event of a no-show i will contact the client to arrange payment for the loss of income. Clients with previous no-shows will usually be required to pay in full for any future appointments.
