A £10 booking fee is required to secure all appointments. Booking fees are non-refundable.

Please arrive on time to allow for consultation forms to be completed. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation, depending on salon availability.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your booking fee can be transferred once to a new appointment. If a rescheduled appointment is then cancelled, the full treatment price will be required before booking again. Booking fees cannot be refunded if you choose not to rebook

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.

Payment of the full treatment price is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.

By paying the booking fee and/or attending your appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

To maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all clients. Children may attend pre-approved appointments for specific treatments only. Please confirm suitability in advance.We kindly ask that guests do not attend appointments, as seating is limited and treatments are in progress.
