Booking Fee
A booking fee is required to secure all appointments. Booking fees are non-refundable.
Arrival & Consultation
Please arrive on time to allow for consultation forms to be completed. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation, depending on salon availability.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your booking fee can be transferred once to a new appointment. If a rescheduled appointment is then cancelled, the full treatment price will be required before booking again. Booking fees cannot be refunded if you choose not to rebook
No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment (no show) will result in 50% off the treatment cost being charged. This must be paid before any future bookings can be made
Equipment & Conduct
Clients must use salon equipment responsibly and follow staff instructions. Any damage caused by deliberate misuse or unsafe behaviour may result in the client being charged.
Client Conduct Policy
rude comments, inappropriate language, or disrespectful behaviour during your appointment will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the treatment if such behaviour occurs and the full appointment fee will still be charged
