Appointment & Cancellations
A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. this must be paid within 48 hours or the slot will be released. Please arrive on time or 10 minutes early to complete any necessary consent forms. Late arrivals may reduce your treatment time. Or result in your appointment being cancelled A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations. If cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee can be transferred once to a new appointment. If the rescheduled appointment is cancelled, the full treatment price is required before booking again. Late cancellations will result in the loss of the booking fee.
Failure to attend your appointment (no show) will result in 50% off the treatment cost being charged. This must be paid before any future bookings can be made
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on completed treatments or used products. If you have any issues, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and rectify.
Pre- and Post-Treatment Information
Pre-care instructions will be provided at the time of booking, tailored to your specific treatment. Aftercare advice will be given immediately following your appointment to support healing and ensure the best results. For treatments such as PMU (permanent makeup) or piercing, you must bring valid photo ID to your appointment. If not provided, the treatment may not go ahead. Please follow all guidelines carefully to support optimal healing and outcomes.
Health & Medical Conditions
Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications or recent facial treatments. before booking. We may decline to proceed with treatment if we believe it is unsafe or unsuitable for you. In some cases, a doctor’s note may be required.
Privacy
All personal information and consultation records are kept strictly confidential.
Equipment & Property Damage
Clients are expected to treat all salon equipment and furniture with care and follow staff guidance when getting on or repositioning during treatments. AURA Beauty Clinic reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement where damage is caused by deliberate misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions. We are not liable for manufacturer defects or standard wear and tear.
Guests & Children Policy
To maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all clients:
Children may attend pre-approved appointments for specific treatments. Please confirm suitability in advance. We kindly ask that guests do not attend appointments, as seating is limited and treatments are in progress.
