Appointments & Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the treatment cost. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
Treatments & Results
Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. A consultation will be carried out before treatment to assess suitability. Clients must provide accurate medical history and disclose any health conditions, allergies, or medications.
Payments
Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless agreed otherwise. We accept approved payment methods listed in the clinic.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, refunds are not provided for completed services. Packages and prepaid treatments are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Liability
The clinic is not responsible for complications caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions. Clients acknowledge that all procedures carry potential risks and side effects.
