IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Please inform us of any medication or medical conditions, including any allergies that you have. This also includes pregnancy or breastfeeding prior to booking, as some treatments may not be suitable for you. The ONLY exception to this is if you are on a course of Body Contouring and are menstruating then you can reschedule as needed as we cannot do these treatments during your menstruation as this is a contraindication, please give as much notice as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, then your treatment time will be reduced. However, you will need to pay full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled, and you will lose your booking fee. If you are booked in for a facial, please arrive makeup free. If you're booked in for body contouring, please reduce your coffee intake 2 hours before treatment and 1 hour after. We politely ask that you attend your appointment alone and that children and babies are not bought to the salon for health and safety reasons, but also so that you can fully enjoy your treatment. You must be over the age of 18 for our treatments, or you will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A £30 booking fee will need to be paid to secure your appointment. Should you need to reschedule your appointment you are able to transfer your booking fee to a new date but you must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice and only can reschedule once or your will lose your booking fee and will need to pay again should you wish to rebook. Please note that the booking fee paid will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment on the day. The balance will need to be paid in CASH ONLY.
