I've had several treatments with Sheila and have been really impressed. From the first session, she took time to carry out a thorough consultation and clearly understand what was going on, particularly with ongoing neck discomfort and reduced range of motion from long hours of desk work. Her approach was professional, calm, and very gentle, immediately putting me at ease - I was grateful for this as I did not really know what to expect and was a bit nervous. After just one session I noticed a clear improvement in my neck mobility and a reduction in discomfort. Sheila gave me some exercises and stretches that I could do myself, which I have found really helpful in managing the ongoing aggravation to my neck from my work. I really appreciated how considered and tailored the treatment felt, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
