I'm Sophie and I am a level 3 qualified hair stylist with over 10 years experience working in salons. I first found my love of hair and meeting amazing clients as a Saturday girl when I was only 13 years old. Since then I have loved the industry and making my clients feel confident and gorgeous! With my expertise and passion for all things hair, I'll work my magic to create a look that suits your personality whilst providing you with all the tips and tricks to keep that salon feeling well after your visit! Lateness If you are running late please contact the salon on 01726 211082 to let us know. If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment it may need to be rescheduled and your deposit may be lost.
After no showing I will need full payment for your next future appointment prior. Any deposit already paid is now lost. If you have failed to pay your deposit prior, I can not book you back in until that is paid. 3 consecutive no shows without contacting the salon may result in not being able to schedule any future services.
Extra long or thick hair If you have extra long or thick hair your appointment may take a bit longer than the standard appointment time and the use of more product may be required, therefore be aware that an extra charge maybe added (£20-£30)
Personal belongings Bayou Hair Studio can not take responsibility for loss or damages to your belongings. We advise you to keep your belongings with you at all times to reduce the chances of losing any items. Deposits If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before your appointment your deposit can be transferred but not refunded however any later than 48 hours notice we cannot transfer the deposit.
Patch Test/Hair tests Patch tests are required at least 48 hours prior to any chemical service. Clients that have not had a chemical service within a 6 months are required to book a new patch test prior to any new chemical service. Sometimes a hair test can be required before a chemical service to guarantee the outcome (this can depend on the hair colour history/medication etc)
16's and younger No chemical service can be carried out on a client 16 or younger. Cancellations Any cancellation needs to be aware to the salon at least 48 hours prior to the service, failure to do so can result in deposit being lost.
Consultations A consultation is required alongside a patch test before any chemical service.
Service satisfaction Please contact the salon within 7 days of your service if you would like any tweaks to your hair, these will be completely free of charge as we truly value you as a client and want to ensure you love y

£5 charge will be taken off any appointments you make. A short slot to give us time to talk through your your hair goals and ensure it is achievable before your appointment. This must be booked 48hours prior to any chemical / colour services to allow time for me to carry out a patch test to test for any allergies to my products.

For clients that have booked a tint but wanting dimension and a multi tonal result. These foils can be either highlights to add some lightness or low lights to add extra depth.
