Lateness If you are running late please contact the salon on 01726 211082 to let us know. If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment it may need to be rescheduled and your deposit may be lost. No Shows Deposit for your next future appointment required. Any deposit already paid is now lost. 3 consecutive no shows without contacting the salon may result in not being able to schedule any future services. Extra long or thick hair If you have extra long or thick hair your appointment may take a bit longer than the standard appointment time and the use of more product may be required, therefore be aware that an extra charge maybe added (£20-£30) Personal belongings Bayou Hair Studio can not take responsibility for loss or damages to your belongings. We advise you to keep your belongings with you at all times to reduce the chances of losing any items. Deposits If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before your appointment your deposit can be transferred but not refunded however any later than 48 hours notice we cannot transfer the deposit. Patch Test/Hair tests Patch tests are required at least 48 hours prior to any chemical service. Sometimes a hair test can be required before a chemical service to guarantee the outcome (this can depend on the hair colour history/medication etc) 16's and younger No chemical service can be carried out on a client 16 or younger. Cancellations Any cancellation needs to be aware to the salon at least 48 hours prior to the service, failure to do so can result in deposit being lost. Consultations A consultation is required alongside a patch test before any chemical service. Service satisfaction Please contact the salon within 7 days of your service if you would like any tweaks to your hair, these will be completely free of charge as we truly value you as a client and want to ensure you love your results!
