Hi, I’m Vika (short for Viktorija) — a fully qualified beauty therapist originally from Latvia. Since starting my journey in 2023, I’ve specialized in creating high-end, detail-focused brow and lash treatments designed to enhance your natural features.
My work is known for its clean, precise finish and unique touch — from sharp, lifted brow laminations to fully customizable lash sets. I only use professional, premium-quality products to ensure long-lasting results and a luxury experience for every client.
At my beauty room , we don’t do boring. Each look is tailored to you — natural, defined, or bold — always polished and never overdone.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your original time slot.
Any reschedule requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will require a new deposit to secure your new slot.
Cancellations
- More than 48 hours before your appointment: Your deposit will be retained, but no further payment is required.
- Within 48 hours of your appointment: A fee equal to 50% of the total service cost will apply (this includes your deposit).
- On the day of your appointment: The full service amount must be paid before rebooking.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations without communication will not be tolerated and may result in being blocked from future bookings.
Deposits
All deposits are strictly non-refundable. This is due to Stripe’s processing fees (meaning the full deposit amount isn’t received), as well as the time spent on booking admin and client safety checks.
Your deposit secures your slot and ensures a smooth booking process for both of us.
Refunds
Please note that no refunds are issued under any circumstances.
Fixes
I offer free fixes within 48 hours of your appointment if needed.
After this period, results are considered final, as longevity and retention depend on your individual aftercare.
