Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment, you agree that you have read and understood my policies, rescheduling rules, and deposit terms.

•Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment.

Rescheduling:

•You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your original time slot. Any reschedule requests made after 48 hours will require a new deposit to secure your new slot.

Cancellations:

• 48+ hours before your appointment: Your deposit will be kept, but no further payment is required.
• Within 48 hours of your appointment: A 50% fee of the total service cost must be paid.
• On the day of your appointment: The full service amount is required to be paid in order to rebook.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations without communication or no payment will result in being blocked from future not be tolerated.

•A 5-10 minute grace period may be allowed, but lateness beyond this may result in a canceled appointment- the deposit can be moved to another appointment (reschedule)

•No refunds are given, but I offer free fixes within 24-48 hours if needed.

•Aftercare must be followed to ensure the best results.
