💧 First 24 Hours
- Avoid hot baths, saunas, or swimming (heat can soften and lift the BIAB before it’s fully set).Â
- Try not to pick, tap, or use your nails as tools (e.g., opening cans).
- Avoid applying lotions or oils directly on the nails for the first few hours after application, product needs to fully set.Â
🧴 Daily Care
- Apply cuticle oil twice a day to keep your nails flexible and hydrated — this prevents lifting and cracking.
- Use hand cream regularly to nourish your skin and protect your manicure.
- Wear gloves when cleaning, washing up, or using chemicals — detergents and cleaning products can weaken the BIAB.
🚫 Avoid
- Picking, biting, or peeling the product — this can damage your natural nails.
- Using nails to scratch off labels, open cans, or pry things open.
- Filing your own nails unless advised — it can break the BIAB seal.
💅 Maintenance
- Book infills or rebalance appointments every 2–3 weeks to maintain strength and prevent lifting.
- If you want to remove BIAB, always return to your nail tech — don’t peel it off, as it will take layers of your natural nail with it.
- Keep an eye out for any lifting, cracks, or soreness — if you notice anything unusual, contact your nail tech.
