Please use the link in my bio to book your appointment. If you are unsure on what service/treatment you need, please send me a message before booking so we can chose the correct treatment.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
I accept cash or card payments. All services are non-refundable once completed.
LATENESS & CANCELLATIONS
Please ensure you arrive on time to your appointment - if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation, with a 100% payable fee.
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
NO SHOWS
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the booked service, which must be paid before booking again.
ALLERGIES AND SENSITIVITIES
Please inform me before your appointment if you have any allergies, sensitivites or medical conditions that may affect your treatment. I can not be held responsible for reactions if this information is not disclosed prior to your appointment.
OTHER INFO
Please note I do not remove or infill other nail technicians work.
please arrive to a makeup appointment with a clean, bare face (no makeup or skincare products applied).
There is parking at the front of the salon.
When booking nail art please send a photo of the desired nail art prior to your appointment so enough time can be allocated.
