Booking & Cancellation Policy

A 25% deposit is required to secure all appointments. If this is not paid within 48 hours, the appointment will not be confirmed and the slot may be lost.

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is needed for any cancellations or changes.

Less than 48 hours' notice will result in your deposit being forfeited.

Cancellations on the day may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost, depending on whether the slot can be filled

All outstanding fees must be paid before any new bookings can be made.

Patch Testing

• There is an option on the booking app to book a patch test.
• A patch test is recommended if you have not previously had any of the following treatments with me:
  • Korean Lift
  • LVL
  • Tint
  • Brow Lamination
• If you’ve had these treatments before with no previous reaction, you may attend your appointment without a patch test, provided you are happy to sign a waiver.
• If you’ve had any previous irritation or reaction but still wish to go ahead with treatment, please book a patch test first.
• Please note: Patch testing is not 100% accurate. Even if your patch test shows no reaction, there is still a small risk of sensitivity or reaction during or after treatment.
