📖 Booking & Cancellation Policy • New Clients: A £10 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This must be paid via bank transfer (please message me for details). • The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day. Cancellations & Rescheduling • You may reschedule or rearrange your appointment up to 48 hours before without losing your deposit. • If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, your deposit will be non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to book again. • No-shows: If you do not attend your appointment without notice, you will be expected to pay 50% of your treatment cost before rebooking. I understand that emergencies can happen, but please respect my time and other clients by giving as much notice as possible. 💜
