Booking Terms & Conditions

By requesting an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to protect the business and ensure fairness to all clients.

Booking Fee

  • All bookings require a non-refundable booking fee.
  • Once your appointment is accepted, you will be required to pay the booking fee.
  • If the booking fee is not paid within 48 hours, the appointment will automatically cancel.
  • The booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
  • If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the booking fee will not be transferred to a future appointment.
  • If you rearrange your booking through the system with less than 24 hours’ notice, an additional £20 cancellation fee will be charged.

These policies are strictly enforced due to a high number of last-minute cancellations. This protects the time, income, and running costs of the business.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the loss of the booking fee.
  • Repeat late cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings or may be refused future appointments.

Children Policy

  • No children are permitted in the salon at any time, including during appointments.
  • This is due to insurance and health & safety regulations.
  • Appointments will be cancelled if clients arrive with children, and the booking fee will be forfeited.

By proceeding with a booking request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
