These policies are automatically agreed to upon booking with Beauty on the Bay. Please read carefully. Patch Tests: All new clients will require a patch test, this is non-negotiable. Lash treatments and brow treatments involving tint require a patch test 24-48 hours prior to scheduled treatment. Patch tests are scheduled appointments which are allotted 15 minute slots. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your slot may be cancelled. If you do not attend your patch test, your booking fee for the treatment will be forfeited. It is the clients responsibility to inform Beauty on the Bay of the need for a repeat patch test, for example if there are any medical changes, including pregnancy. Please note, it is still possible to react to a treatment even after a patch test has been carried out with no reaction. Should a reaction occur, please inform Beauty on the Bay and seek medical advice. Payment: We accept cash, card or bank transfer. If paying by cash, where possible please try to have the exact amount. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled treatment. Within 48 hours of the treatment, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. 'No shows' will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost. Failure to comply may result in no further bookings being taken. Refund Policy: No refunds will be given. Clients may contact Beauty on the Bay within 72 hours of their treatment to discuss concerns. If the issue is caused as a result of the application or product, every effort will be made to rectify it. Arrival: Please arrive at the exact time of your appointment and attend alone where possible. Please arrive with no make-up on where possible, as removing this eats into your appointment time. Please do not arrive with false/gradual tan on your face as this can affect the colour of your brow tint. Other: Please note, Beauty on the Bay does not offer infills on lashes done by other technicians. Please book a removal and a new full set. Aftercare: Aftercare kits and instructions will be provided free of charge to all new clients at the end of your lash, lamination and highly defined brow treatments. It is your responsibility to carry out the correct aftercare. Beauty on the Bay will not be held responsible for any issues as a result of incorrect prep/aftercare.
