Terms and Conditions

(Updated 07.08.25) Your session is not confirmed until payment has been received. Payment must be made and confirmed via the booking system. The session is non-refundable if cancelled within 24hrs. This session cannot be rescheduled within 24hrs of the session start time. If you wish to reschedule within this time period it will be treated as a cancellation and you will be required to pay again in full for a new session if you wish to book a new date. If you wish to be rescheduled before the 48 hour cut off, you may request to reschedule via the booking system. Reschedule requests are reviewed by our therapist to either accept or decline. Please be aware it's up to the discretion of the therapist to approve a reschedule request. If you are unwell and can no longer attend please try and let us know 48 hours before the appointment. If this cut off is missed it's up to the therapist to decide if a reschedule request is appropriate depending on the client's situation. In the interest of fairness to all clients, the studio owners, other care professionals that use the space and to my own business, no exceptions can be made outside of these conditions. Myself and other therapists using the space will be turning down other bookings to keep your original time and date once confirmed, and studio rental fees will have to be paid upfront by myself. To honor the inclusive and affirming environment of Siren Asylum Fitness, all massage appointments scheduled during Siren’s opening hours are reserved for women-identifying individuals, as well as non-binary and gender non-conforming people who feel safe and supported in this space. If you don’t identify with the above but would still like to book a massage, we’d love to accommodate you! Please feel free to email or message us, and we’ll arrange a time outside of Siren’s regular hours that ensures comfort and respect for all.
