If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must give at least 48 hours notice. Giving me this notice will give me a chance to fill your slot with another client who could be on a waiting list. If you fail to give 48 hours notice, you will automatically be charged 50% off the treatment you booked in for.

Booking Policy • All appointments must be booked online or through our official Social Media profiles. • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the final treatment cost. • Please ensure you select the correct treatment and time when booking. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us before booking.

Patch Testing • Patch tests are required for certain treatments (including SPMU, lash lift, brow lamination and tinting) at least 24–48 hours prior to your appointment. • Failure to attend or arrange a patch test in time will result in cancellation of your appointment and loss of deposit. • If you choose to opt out of a patch test (where permitted), you must sign a disclaimer and accept full responsibility for any adverse reaction.

Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge. • Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the treatment cost. • Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. • All cancellation fees are strictly enforced and non-negotiable, as appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. • Requests to cancel or reschedule must be made through the booking system or by contacting us directly.

Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled and your deposit forfeited. • Ongoing lateness may result in refusal of future bookings.

Medical Conditions & Medications • You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or medications on your consultation form. • Certain treatments are not suitable during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or when taking medications such as Roaccutane or blood thinners. • Always check with your doctor before stopping any prescribed medication. • Failure to provide accurate information may result in treatment refusal.

Results & Expectations • While we always aim for the best possible results, outcomes vary based on skin type, aftercare and lifestyle. • Following all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions is essential for the best results. • No guarantee can be made regarding the longevity or outcome of any treatment.

Age Restrictions • You must be 18 or over for all semi-permanent makeup and invasive treatments. • Clients under 18 must have written parental/guardian consent for certain non-invasive services and must be accompanied to the appointment.

Photography & Social Media • Before and after photos may be taken for insurance and professional records. • You will be asked to give consent before any images are shared for marketing or social media purposes.

Right to Refuse Service • Belle Âme Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse treatment to anyone who is rude, abusive, under the influence, or who fails to comply with these terms. • Clients who fail to follow pre-treatment advice or conceal medical conditions may also be refused service.

Salon Etiquette • Please do not bring children to your appointment, as the salon environment is not suitable for them and your treatment requires uninterrupted focus. • Where possible, please attend your appointment alone to maintain a calm and professional space for all clients.
