CANCELLATIONS: - please try and give a 48 hours notice if you're needing to cancel your appointment - if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice I will keep the £10 deposit as a 'cancellation fee' LATENESS: - if you're more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment is no longer able to go ahead and I will keep the £10 deposit as a 'cancellation fee' - please be on time !! PAYMENT: - payment must be paid at your appointment or before please PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENTS: - please have an idea of what nails you would like and send them to me via DM before the appointment - please attend your appointment with bare nails, unless you have booked for an infill - please make sure you have booked the correct service - please come alone, unless you're 16 or under you’re welcome to bring a parent/ guardian
