Heather, at Bloom Nails has been my Nail Technician ( and now FRIEND!)for 20 years! Needless to say, she is just the BEST!! Her work is second to none and we have such a laugh during the appointment time!! I cannot praise her work highly enough, she will always go the extra mile if you need to change day/ time, etc! Obviously ,I recommend her excellent skill and wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Thank you for being you, Heather!
