By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking and is non-refundable.
- 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will lose the deposit.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
- Please arrive on time. Appointments may be shortened or cancelled if you are more than 10–15 minutes late.
- No refunds are given once a service is completed.
- Any issues must be reported within 48 hours with a photo.
- I do not work over other nail technicians’ work – removal and a fresh set will be required.
- Please inform me of any allergies or medical conditions before your appointment.
- I cannot treat nails with infection or fungus.
- This is a home-based salon – please attend alone unless agreed otherwise.
