Medical Questionnaire All new clients will be asked to complete a consultation form on their health and lifestyle once a treatment has been booked, this will be sent directly to you to complete before your appointment. If this has not been completed, we will go through this together during your appointment, and this may impact your treatment time. I require this to be completed to ensure I can give you the best and safest possible experience. It is important that existing clients highlight changes in their medical conditions, allergies, medication or injuries that may affect the treatment when making their reservation. Suitability of treatments: Treatments are not a substitute for medical examination or medical care. You must honour all existing and future medical practitioner appointments. Any therapy or treatment provided should not be used in place of conventional medical care. The client understands that the therapist may refuse to undertake treatment should this be contraindicated due to medical or other conditions that the client may present with, due to concerns regarding the health, safety and wellbeing of either the client or the massage therapist. Each person reacts differently to massage and in no case can any particular outcome from a treatment or series of treatments be guaranteed. We will not diagnose illness or health conditions, prescribe medication or suggest medical procedures. Treatments are only available for guests aged 18 and over. Pregnancy treatments are available when you are over 12 weeks. We have specifically designed treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers, please contact us to discuss the most suitable treatment for you.
Etiquette Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow sufficient time to check in. As a courtesy to all our guests, we operate a prompt appointment schedule. A late arrival may mean that your treatment time is reduced. We reserve the right to withdraw the use of any facility at any time for essential maintenance. All prices may be subject to change without prior notice. When making a booking, you agree to show respect at all times including no indecent behaviour or comments, harassment or requesting anything inappropriate. We respectfully request that underwear is worn for all treatments requiring you to be undressed. We will observe client modesty at all times Health & Safety Due to the nature of massage and the need for close contact, we will maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and clients are asked to ensure that they also maintain a high standard of personal hygiene. If I am unwell, suffering from a cold or virus, infection or general ill health, I will not provide a treatment due to the risks of cross contamination. I will endeavour to contact you to inform you of the issue at the earliest opportunity to make suitable alternative arrangements. Cancellation Policy: 24 hours’ notice is required. If you anticipate being unable to attend your appointment, please cancel at your earliest convenience. We reserve the right to cancel an appointment if the deposit has not been paid by 24 hours before the appointment is due Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment) or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Late Arrivals: While we make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, arriving more than 20 minutes after the scheduled time may result in the cancellation of the appointment and full payment being due. Refund Procedure: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a refund, subject to a £5 processing fee. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 3-5 business days. You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within 60 days of the original appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of three times within 60 days. Failure to attend the rescheduled appointment within 60 days will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the booking fee.
Gift Cards are valid for 6 months. Gift Cards are only valid for one use. Refunds are not available for Gift Cards already paid for and provided.
