Lash Extensions –
•Avoid water, steam, saunas, swimming, and sweating for 24–48 hours
•Do not rub, pull, or pick at your lashes
•Avoid oil-based products and makeup removers around the eyes
•Brush lashes daily with a clean spoolie
•Sleep on your back or side if possible
•Book infills every 2–3 weeks for best retention
Brow Lamination –
First 24–48 hours:
•Keep brows completely dry
•Avoid steam, saunas, sweating, and swimming
•Do not apply makeup or skincare to the brow area
•Avoid touching or brushing brows
After 48 hours:
•Brush brows daily into shape
•Apply brow oil or conditioning serum to maintain hair health
•Avoid harsh exfoliants or retinol on the brow area
Brow Wax & Tint –
•Avoid touching the brow area for 24hours
•Keep brows dry for 24 hours
•Avoid heat, steam, saunas, and swimming
•Do not apply makeup or skincare products to the area for 24 hours
•Avoid exfoliation, retinol, or acids around the brows for 48 hours
•Slight redness is normal and should subside quickly
Lash Lift & Tint –
First 24–48 hours:
•Keep lashes completely dry
•Avoid steam, heat, saunas, swimming, and sweating
•Do not wear eye makeup or use eyelash curlers
•Avoid touching or rubbing lashes
After 48 hours:
•Use a lash conditioner or serum if recommended
•Avoid waterproof mascara where possible
•Do not use eyelash curlers
Dermaplaning –
•Avoid makeup for 24 hours
•Avoid heat, steam, saunas, sweating, and exercise for 24–48 hours
•Do not exfoliate or use active products (retinol, AHAs, BHAs) for 3–5 days
•Keep skin hydrated with a gentle moisturiser
•Apply SPF daily (very important)
•Mild redness or sensitivity is normal for up to 24 hours
Microneedling –
First 24–48 hours:
•Do not touch your face with unclean hands
•Avoid makeup for 24–48 hours
•Avoid sweating, exercise, heat, steam, saunas, and swimming
•Do not use active skincare (retinol, acids, vitamin C)
Next 5–7 days:
•Use only gentle, hydrating skincare
•Avoid exfoliation and harsh treatments
•Apply SPF daily and avoid direct sun exposure
•Redness, sensitivity, and mild flaking are normal
•Results improve over the following weeks as collagen production increases
