Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully

By booking an appointment with me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Deposits

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all brow and lash appointments.
  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
  • Deposits are deducted from the total cost of the treatment on the day.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice may have the deposit transferred to a future booking.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

Lateness

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid disruption to other clients.
  • Late arrivals will still be charged the full treatment price.
  • If you arrive too late for the service to be carried out, it will be treated as a no-show, and the full amount will be required.

Patch Tests

  • Patch tests are required for new clients or if you have not had a tint, lash lift, or lamination with me before.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to book and attend a patch test at least 24–48 hours before the appointment.
  • Failure to have a required patch test will result in the appointment being cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Health & Medical Information

  • Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, medications (including retinol, Accutane/Roaccutane), or previous reactions prior to treatment.
  • I reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment if it is deemed unsafe.

Results & Expectations

  • Results vary depending on individual hair type, skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
  • No refunds are given based on dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations.
  • Adjustments are at my discretion and must be reported within a reasonable timeframe.

Aftercare

  • Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided.
  • I am not responsible for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare advice.

Payments

  • Remaining balances are due on the day of the appointment.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Right to Refuse Service

  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behaviour, repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to comply with these terms.
