About

I am a qualified Clinical, Deep Tissue and Holistic Massage Therapist, having trained with the renowned Jing Advanced Massage Training School in Brighton. My technique is a combination of the best practices from around the globe. This East meets West approach includes acupressure, shiatsu, myofascial release and Swedish techniques to give you a deeply relaxing treatment that will sooth both body and mind. Clinical Massage will include highly specific work to treat the muscles and joints involved in your chronic pain. Treatments are always personally tailored to suit your individual needs and all products are naturally derived and of the highest quality.

As a trained Dance and Movement Psychotherapist (MA) I have a deep understanding of the connection between the body and mind that informs my work. I believe that we all need to find ways to release our tension for our health and wellbeing to thrive and that massage can be a wonderful way to achieve this!

Treatments

Deep Tissue Massage (New Clients)

New clients will receive a full consultation in order to ensure the best treatment can be provided. The consultation will be approximately 15 minutes, followed by a clinical hour long massage.

Clinical Massage - First Treatment

£50.00

Massage for the treatment of chronic and persistent pain. Initial appointment will include a full consultation and range of motion testing as well as a clinical hour long treatment and self care advice.

Full Body Deep Tissue Massage

A full body massage, tailored to your individual needs, using a mixture of Eastern and Western techniques to deeply relax and to reach deep layers of muscle and tissue to relieve aches and pains.

Clinical Massage - Follow up treatment

Massage for the treatment of chronic pain. Techniques include myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and stretching.

Head, Face, Neck and Shoulders

£40.00

A focused treatment for the head, face, neck and shoulders. Still always tailored to your specific needs.

6 Clinical Massages

£250.00

For the treatment of chronic pain. Initial appointment will be 1.5 hrs. This will include Range of Motion testing and a full medical history will be taken. After care advice will also be given. Chronic pain usually requires 3-6 treatments to treat plus maintenance treatments so this is a great package if you are in persistent pain.
