It’s completely normal to experience mild soreness (like after exercise), tiredness, deep relaxation or emotional release after a massage. These usually pass within 24–48 hours.
Drink plenty of water after your massage. This helps to support your body’s natural processes, reduce post-treatment soreness and keep muscles hydrated.
Give your body time to absorb the benefits by avoiding rushing straight into stressful activities. If possible, allow time to relax after your session.
