HAIR PROVISION

I DO NOT PROVIDE HAIR for your appointment. For all braided styles PRE-STRETCHED hair is required. Clients are responsible for bringing the correct type and amount of hair for their desired style. A minimum of 5-6 packs is REQUIRED (more is better). Please retain your receipt so that any unused packs can be returned!


PREPARATION FOR APPOINTMENTS

Clients must arrive with their hair clean, detangled, and PRODUCT FREE. Failure to arrive without hair detangled, will result in a £10 detangle fee. Or a cancellation of appointment (deposit FORFEITED).


GRACE PERIOD FOR COMPLAINTS

Concerns regarding your hairstyle must be raised within 48 hours of your appointment. After this period complaints will not be considered. Adjustments will ONLY be made if the issue is determined to be a fault of the stylist.


YOUR BRAID3R'S RIGHTS

Braid3dUp reserves the right to REFUSE service to ANYONE exhibiting rude or inappropriate behavior, Including ending the appointment mid-service if policies are violated. Appointments may also be canceled at Braid3dUp’s discretion due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, with the deposit refunded in such cases.


HEALTH AND SAFETY

If you are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition (E.G., lice, scalp infections) PLEASE inform me in ADVANCE. Appointments may be canceled at my discretion. I will NOT braid over open sores, wounds, or irritated skin.
