Terms and Conditions


POLICY ENFORCEMENT AND BOOKING RESTRICTIONS

REPEATED FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE POLICIES MAY RESULT IN RESTRICTIONS ON FUTURE BOOKINGS WITH BRAID3DUP.


BOOKING FEE’S AND DEPOSITS

A £15 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING. DEPOSITS ARE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR FINAL BALANCE. YOUR APPOINTMENT IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL THE DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED. DEPOSITS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER DATES, CLIENTS, OR SERVICES.


LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

15-20 MINUTES LATE: A £15 LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR REMAINING BALANCE. 20-25 MINUTES LATE: YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED, AND YOUR DEPOSIT FORFEITED. MESSAGING AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT OR AFTER TO INFORM BRAID3DUP OF YOUR LATE COMING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE. PLEASE PLAN YOUR JOURNEY IN ADVANCE TO ACCOUNT FOR ANY POTENTIAL TRAFFIC OR TRANSPORTATION DELAYS. TRAVEL EXPENSES AND ISSUES ARE SOLEY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF BRAID3DUP.


CANCELLATION POLICY

YOU CAN CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT UP TO 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF 50% OF THE SERVICE FEE. NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE FEE. EXCEPTIONS MAY BE MADE AT MY DISCRETION IN THE CASE OF EMERGENCIES. IN THESE CASES, A REDUCED CANCELLATION FEE OF 25% MAY APPLY.


NO EXTRA GUESTS

ONLY THE CLIENT BEING SERVICED IS ALLOWED AT THE APPOINTMENT. EXTRA GUESTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNLESS THERE IS A GENUINE REASON THAT HAS BEEN COMMUNICATED TO ME AND APPROVED AT MY DISCRETION BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT. IF A CLIENT BRINGS AN EXTRA GUEST WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL, THE EXTRA GUEST WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY FOR THE APPOINTMENT TO CONTINUE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN THE APPOINTMENT BEING CANCELED, AND THE DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.


CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

IT IS THE CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THEY HAVE THE CORRECT APPOINTMENT DATE AND TIME. APPOINTMENT REMINDERS MAY BE SENT, BUT FAILURE TO RECEIVE ONE DOES NOT EXCUSE LATENESS OR NO-SHOWS.


HAIR PROVISION

I DO NOT PROVIDE HAIR FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. FOR ALL BRAIDED HAIRSTYLES, PRE-STRETCHED HAIR IS PREFERRED. CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING THE CORRECT TYPE AND AMOUNT OF HAIR FOR THEIR DESIRED STYLE.


PREPARATION FOR APPOINTMENTS

CLIENTS MUST ARRIVE WITH THEIR HAIR CLEAN, DETANGLED, AND FREE OF PRODUCT BUILD-UP. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN A £10 PREPARATION FEE OR CANCELLATION OF THE APPOINTMENT (DEPOSIT FORFEITED).


GRACE PERIOD FOR COMPLAINTS

CONCERNS REGARDING YOUR HAIRSTYLE MUST BE RAISED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. AFTER THIS PERIOD, COMPLAINTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. ADJUSTMENTS WILL ONLY BE MADE IF THE ISSUE IS DETERMINED TO BE A FAULT OF THE STYLIST.


YOUR BRAID3R’S RIGHTS

BRAID3DUP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE EXHIBITING RUDE OR INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR. APPOINTMENTS MAY ALSO BE CANCELED AT BRAID3DUP'S DISCRETION DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, WITH THE DEPOSIT REFUNDED IN SUCH CASES.


HEALTH AND SAFETY

IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL OR HAVE A CONTAGIOUS CONDITION (E.G., LICE, SCALP INFECTIONS), INFORM THE STYLIST IN ADVANCE. APPOINTMENTS MAY BE CANCELED OR RESCHEDULED AT THE STYLIST'S DISCRETION.
