By booking with Braid3dUp, you AGREE to adhere to ALL terms and conditions listed below. •Failure to comply with these policies may result in loss of deposit, cancellation of your appointment, and/or restrictions on future bookings. •Repeated failure to follow policies may result in a PERMANENT booking ban.
A £15 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are deducted from your final balance. Your appointment is NOT confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposits are NON-TRANSFERABLE to other dates, clients or services.
0-10 MINUTES LATE GRACE PERIOD: Please be COMMUNICATIVE if you expect to be late! 11-20 MINUTES LATE: A £15 late fee will be added to your remaining balance. 21-25 MINUTES LATE: Your Appointment Will Be CANCELLED, And you will be charged the FULL amount (your deposit is also FORFEITED) 25+ MINUTES LATE & YOU STILL ARRIVE: If you still arrive from 25 minutes onwards, you may continue your appointment ONLY by paying a £30 late fee (double fee). Please note that your style may need to be ALTERED/SHORTENED to fit the reduced time. 25+ MINUTES LATE (AND STILL NOT PRESENT): Appointment is CANCELLED, the slot cannot be filled last minute, and the FULL amount is due. IMPORTANT: Messaging at the start time of your appointment or after to inform Braid3dup of your late coming is unacceptable and will NOT waive fees. Please plan your journey in advance to account for any potential traffic or transportation delays. Travel expenses and issues are solely your responsibility and not of Braid3dup!
CANCEL/RESCHEDULE WINDOW(48 HOURS OR MORE): you may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment time. LESS THAN 48 HOURS= FULL CHARGE: Cancellations or reschedules made LESS than 48 hours in advance are treated as a NO-SHOW. You will be charged 100% of the FULL amount. Your deposit will also be FORFEITED. NO-SHOWS= FULL CHARGE: Failure to attend your appointment WITHOUT notice is considered a no-show. You WILL be charged 100% of the FULL amount. Future bookings may also be restricted. GENUINE EMERGENCIES: I understand life happens. In cases of genuine emergencies or unforeseeable circumstances, exceptions may be made at my discretion. In these cases a cancellation fee of 50% may apply INSTEAD of the full charge.
Same-day appointments are NOT guaranteed. You must contact me first to confirm availability. If you book a same-day slot without checking, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will NOT be refunded.
ONLY the client being service is allowed at the appointment. Extra guests are NOT permitted under ANY circumstances unless a genuine reason has been communicated in ADVANCE and approved at my discretion. If an unapproved guest arrives, they will be asked to leave immediately in order to continue. Failure to comply will result in the appointment being cancelled, your deposit forfeited and the FULL amount charged.
It is the CLIENTS responsibility to ensure they have the correct appointment date and time. Appointment reminders may be sent but failure to receive one does NOT excuse lateness or no-shows. Reading and understanding all policies before booking is also part of client responsibility.
I DO NOT PROVIDE HAIR for your appointment. For all braided styles PRE-STRETCHED hair is required. Clients are responsible for bringing the correct type and amount of hair for their desired style. A minimum of 5-6 packs is REQUIRED (more is better). Please retain your receipt so that any unused packs can be returned!
