What a lovely woman at the top of her craft. I have had waxing many times, so I'm pretty relaxed about the process. That said, this was the least painful experience I have had. And for another person with less knowledge of what it's like, Penny puts the client at ease. She also said something during the treatment which was so encouraging - that she enjoys the work because it helps people feel good about themselves, which is a great way to look at it.

I had such an amazing experience with my waxer and honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. From start to finish, she was so patient, gentle, and professional. Not once did I feel uncomfortable during the session. We chatted throughout the appointment which made me feel completely at ease, especially during areas that can normally feel awkward or painful. I also noticed she had pre-care kits ready beforehand, which really showed how organised and professional she is. I’ve been to other waxers before and have never experienced this level of care and attention to detail. What I appreciated most is that she doesn’t rush just to move on to the next customer. She takes her time, works carefully, and genuinely cares about doing a proper job without damaging the hair follicles. I’ll definitely be a loyal customer from now on and would 100% recommend her to anyone! Especially if it’s your first time getting waxed.

The treatment was 90 minutes of pure bliss, and I genuinely didn’t want it to end. I almost felt emotional when it was over because it was such a wonderful experience. I recently had a Brazilian Wood Lymphatic Drainage massage and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever experienced. The massage was absolutely amazing, so much so that I’m genuinely considering moving closer to the Barnet area. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing. Booking was super easy, she responds quickly, even on weekends, which I really appreciated.
