Welcome to our beauty treatment services. By booking an appointment, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Professional Conduct: Our work environment is professional, and we expect all clients to maintain a respectful attitude. Any disrespectful requests or behaviour will result in the termination of communication, and we reserve the right to refuse service to clients who do not adhere to this standard.

2. No-Show Policy: Clients must provide prior notice if they are unable to attend their appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any deposit made. Additionally, clients who do not show up for their appointments without notice will no longer be accepted for future bookings.

3. Appointment Policies: To ensure a comfortable and professional atmosphere, we kindly ask that clients do not bring friends, family, or guests to appointments. Due to limited space, there is no reception area for waiting, and we do not permit anyone to observe treatments, including spouses.
