Immediately after your spray tan, avoid touching the skin during the development time.
Do not get the skin wet during development time.
If sleeping in your tan, try to wear long legged / long sleeved pj’s to avoid touching/smudging the skin.
When it’s time to rinse, do not have the water too hot. Use light, long sweeping motions to glide the bronzer off the skin until the water runs clear.
Avoid using soaps on your first rinse. Underarms etc can be washed but do not lather your whole body.
Once rinsed you can use a tan friendly moisturiser daily to keep skin hydrated. Hydrated skin is the most important part of aftercare. Your tan exists in the top ‘dead’ skin cells, when the skin has dry areas the tan will begin to fade in a patchy manner. Drink plenty water and avoid sauna/steam/chlorine and any chemical exfoliators, retinol, chemical peels etc
A spray tan should last up to 7 days. With proper aftercare you may get up to 10 days. Many factors affect the longevity.
Around days 5/6, begin gently exfoliating with a mitt to ensure an even fade, or to remove completely; soak in a hot bath until skin is noticeably soft and use an exfoliating mitt in circular motion
All Brow treatments:
Avoid touching the area for 24 hours.
Do not apply make up for 24-48 hours
Stop the use of chemical exfoliators and other harsh skincare for 5-7 days
Do not have any facial treatments for 48 hours
Avoid intense heat on the area for 48 hours
Brow Lamination:
Apply a brow conditioning serum to the brows daily, as many times as required
Avoid washing the area for 24 hours to enable the conditioning serum applied at your appointment to penetrate the hairs
Brush brows into desired position only when wet, either after cleansing or applying serum
Book a maintenance appointment around 4-6 weeks to maintain brow shape and hair health
Keep lashes dry for the rest of the day of your appointment, to enable the conditioning serum applied after your treatment, to penetrate the hairs
Avoid applying eye make up for 24 hours
Apply a brow/lash conditioning serum twice daily and brush through the hairs to separate them, particularly after sleeping
Re-book a new lift only once the majority of your lashes have returned to their natural state
A lash lift usually lasts for 8 week, this is entirely individual and some lash cycles will be much longer or shorter than this
