Terms and conditions

When you make a booking with Bronze Bar Studio you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions.

The £10 booking fee is non transferable and non refundable. This fee is to secure your appointment time.

Any reschedule or cancellation within 48 hours of appointment will result in full payment being retained or charged to your stored card. If full payment for cancelled services is not received no further bookings will be accepted

Appointments rescheduled or cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will not be charged in full however if a booking fee was paid this will not be returned.

Any lateness of more than 10-15mins may result in your appointment needing to be cancelled or rescheduled and full payment for the missed appointment will be charged.

More than 3 cancellations in a row will require full payment upfront for future appointments.

Zero tolerance on no-show's. Saved card will be charged for missed appointment. If payment can’t be taken your client profile will be blocked from booking future appointments.
