Bronzed By Belina – Booking Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment with Bronzed By Belina, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Deposits
- All appointments require a booking confirmation.
- Bridal bookings and large group bookings may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time.
- Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received (where applicable).
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
- No-shows may be charged the full appointment cost and future bookings may require full payment upfront.
3. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Arriving late may reduce your treatment time or result in cancellation of the appointment if there is insufficient time available.
- Full appointment charges may still apply for significantly late arrivals.
4. Preparation Requirements
For best results, clients must follow all pre-treatment advice:
- Exfoliate and remove unwanted hair 24 hours before your appointment.
- Do not wear moisturiser, perfume, deodorant or makeup to your appointment.
- Loose dark clothing is recommended after your treatment.
5. Bridal Spray Tan Policy
For bridal clients, the following are non-negotiable:
- Bridal spray tans should be carried out 2 days before the wedding.
- No tanning treatments should be carried out within 1 month prior to the wedding without consultation.
- Clients must not attend with sunburnt skin or existing harsh tan lines.
- Very dark or ultra-dark solutions are not recommended for wedding day tanning.
- If skin preparation advice has not been followed, the appointment may be refused for best results.
6. Patch Tests & Allergies
- Clients must inform Bronzed By Belina of any allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, medications or medical concerns before treatment.
- Patch tests are recommended for clients with sensitive skin or previous reactions.
- Bronzed By Belina cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions where medical information has not been disclosed.
7. Results Disclaimer
- Spray tan results vary depending on individual skin type, preparation and aftercare.
- Bronzed By Belina cannot guarantee exact colour results or longevity of the tan.
- Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect the outcome of the treatment.
8. Children & Guests
- Unless agreed beforehand, please attend appointments alone to ensure a calm and professional environment.
9. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of appointment unless agreed otherwise.
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed upon booking.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Bronzed By Belina reserves the right to refuse treatment where:
- Pre-treatment advice has not been followed,
- There are concerns regarding skin condition or suitability,
- Inappropriate behaviour occurs, or
- Health & safety could be compromised.
11. Photography & Social Media
- Photos/videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes.
- No images will be shared without client consent.
12. Mobile Appointments
- Mobile appointments are available within selected areas.
- Adequate space, lighting and nearby parking access must be available for all mobile appointments.
- Additional mobile charges apply to all locations and start from £5, depending on distance and travel time.
