Please read before booking your appointment:
• Booking & Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day via card or exact cash.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free 48 hours before your appointment. Cancel within 48 hours of your appointment and you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. Cancel within 24 hours of your appointment and you will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
• Out of Hours Appointments: Appointments outside standard hours (late evenings/weekends) may incur an additional fee.
• Changes to Services: Please ensure you book the correct services. If you arrive at your appointment and no longer need a service you booked (e.g. a removal), you will still be charged for the full time slot as it was reserved for you.
• Nail Health: If you currently have product from another technician on your nails, please contact me before booking. I generally don’t remove work that isn’t mine. If your nails show signs of infection or damage, I may not be able to proceed.
