    Certain treatments require a mandatory patch test at least 48 hours before your service. It is the client's responsibility to book and attend this test.

    • If you do not attend a patch test at least 48 hours before your service, I will need to cancel your treatment appointment. This will be treated as a late cancellation, and 50% of the treatment cost will be charged to your card.

    • While patch tests are free, failing to attend a booked patch test appointment without 24 hours notice will result in a £10 fee charged to the card on file.
