I booked in for a lymphatic drainage treatment targeting my belly. I have never had this type of treatment and didn’t really know what to expect. Alice talked me through everything that would happen and what the treatment will help with, which made me feel more comfortable and confident. The treatment itself was very relaxing and helped reduce a lot of my bloating, which I now understand was likely water retention. As soon as my treatment was finished, I noticed a difference and felt a lot more comfortable in my own body. I was given some information on aftercare and some tips and tricks to help keep my lymphatic drainage system working as it should. I would highly recommend!
