I have had 2 full body lymphatic drainage massages with Alice. I have endometriosis and have a lot of inflammation and bloating. After just 2 treatments and following tips after my treatments I have noticed less bloating and better quality of sleep.

I had many massages in my life and the one I got yesterday by Alice was one of the best for sure. Her touch is perfect: relaxing but firm and in a few minutes I zoned off and enjoyed the wave of massage on my back and shoulders. Her room is also cosy, impeccably clean, warm and even the lights and music were perfect for a full relaxing experience. I have been looking a practitioner like Alice for a long time and I’m glad I found her now. I will go back for another Swedish massage as soon as possible. Highly recommended.

I booked a lymphatic drainage massage. Not only was it so relaxing but I actually noticed a difference after the session!! I get very bloated and have a lot of puffiness in my face. I had a full body treatment and left feeling amazing. I followed the tips Alice gave me and it worked wonders!!! I fell asleep too lol. I will definitely be back xxxxxx

I had a full body massage with Alice and it was fantastic. Definitely what I needed. I have been suffering with so much tension in my neck and shoulders due to working at a desk and was struggling with headaches. Alice spent extra time on my neck and shoulders and included a scalp massage which was soooo relaxing. I had a great night sleep after my treatment too. Alice gave helpful aftercare advice and explained how I may feel after my treatment. Loved it!!!

I had my first reflexology session with Alice today and I was blown away. The room had a lovely energy and atmosphere. It was clean and smelt gorgeous. Alice answered all of my questions and queries brilliantly. I have had reflexology sessions elsewhere previous times but this treatment was perfect in every way. Prior to the treatment we had a good chat. Alice explained the whole treatment process so well. I was also able to choose an essential oil that was then put into the diffuser. Alice handed me a book with the essential oils in with their benefits and symptoms they can help with. This was such a lovely touch and smelt fantastic! Overall, my treatment was the best I’ve ever had. I am returning to Alice monthly as this is the only way I have been able to relax and unwind. 100% would recommend Alice to everyone!

I booked a Swedish massage with Alice and as a first time client, I felt comfortable and relaxed as soon as I walked in. I arrived at my appointment with pain in my neck and tension in my back and left feeling like a new person! As soon as the treatment started, I could feel my aches and pains melting away!✨ Alice listened to my concerns, explained the treatment in full and focused on my problem areas. I booked the Swedish massage with Alice. The atmosphere was so lovely and I felt safe and comfortable. She focused on my neck and shoulders as I spend a lot of time sat at a desk and it has helped so much. I feel so much lighter already. Can't recommend her enough✨
